30 Day Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any Lew Electric, Hubbell, or Adorne item for a full refund of the merchandise total. S-Box items are not returnable.

***The return request must be made within 30 days of your delivery date to be eligible for return**

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item is defective or damaged. Return credits are issued within 10 business days to your original method of payment once the item is received.

Refused shipments going into Canada will be credited back the merchandise amount, minus the cost of us having to pay duties, taxes, and returned freight. 

Return Eligibility

Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a full refund (please do not modify the product in any way). If these conditions are not met, then the return could be subject to a restocking fee, or the product sent back to sender.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged or Defective?

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or with parts missing, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We're happy to send you a new item or replacement parts as soon as possible. After the 30 days, any claims will be made through the manufacturers 1 year warranty policy.

Return an Item or Order

  1. Click "Return Items".
  2. Enter your name and email address, order number, and select your reason for return. In the message please list the quantity and items you would like to return. 
  3. Click "Send"
  4. We will email you return instructions with an RMA number and return shipping address within 2 business days.
  5. When you receive your RMA from us, please double box your shipment and make sure the RMA number is on the shipping label.
  6. You can expect your credit within 10 business days of receiving your return. All refunds are issued in the same form of payment used in the original transaction.
