Shipping Policy

-Free 4-day shipping applies to all ground orders shipping to the contiguous USA (lower 48). No minimum order amount!

-Free 6-day shipping applies to all ground orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, and military addresses. No minimum order amount. 

-Free 7-day shipping applies to ground orders shipping to Canada, the product total must exceed $175 USD before shipping.

Your order will be shipped via the best method from UPS, FedEx, or USPS; to ensure it arrives on time. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need the product quicker. 

In stock orders are shipped the same business day from Boise, ID if the order is placed by 6pm EST.

We can ship to PO Boxes, we ship via USPS Priority Mail. 

Transit time is business days only excluding holidays, not all locations deliver on weekends. Kitchen Power Pop Ups is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, or for late packages due to weather delays, busy holidays, or pandemics.

Canadian orders include a pre‑paid import charge that allows us to handle all duties and border‑related fees on your behalf. This means your shipment clears customs smoothly, and you won’t be asked to pay anything extra when your package arrives. 

For international orders (excluding Canada), we don’t include a pre-paid import charge. Your country may charge duties or taxes when your package arrives, and those fees would be paid by you, directly to your local customs office or delivery carrier.

Free shipping does not apply to any other countries.
